Renee is a Psychologist and an Australian mother of two sweet, charismatic little learners who are her pride, joy and inspiration. She works with children and families, aiming to encourage emotional literacy, regulation, resilience, and self-acceptance in children. Renee is also the creator of www.play-based-parenting.com - a place where parents and educators can find play-based learning activities to help them connect with children and encourage optimal learning experiences and development. While her site is her creative outlet, she loves to write for children too. Since the age of ten Renee knew she wanted to be an author. Andrew McIntosh is a part time digital illustrator from Melbourne, Australia. Ever since Andrew can remember, he has had a pencil and paper on hand. He started his artistic career in the video games industry focusing on Pixel art, 3D modelling and UI design. In his spare time, Andrew paints whimsical characters and scenes which are greatly inspired by nature. Since 2015, Andrew has pursued his aspiration to illustrate children's books and hopes to write one of his own in the future.
