Refund policy

Please do not send any copies back to Bargain Books without a valid return authorisation.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@bargainbooks.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and send through the relevant information and photos to orders@bargainbooks.com.au.

Where an item is returned without a Return Authorisation, or has not been packed securely, or is not in a new or re-saleable condition when it arrives at Bargain Books distribution centre, Bargain Books is not obligated to provide a refund or store credit and the item may be returned to you. We will contact you to advise of the return status.

Bargain Books sources books and content from around the world, and tries to display the books that are in stock. If there is any reason that your book cannot be supplied, we will contact you with alternatives or offer a full refund.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
