Cool Connections with CBT for Groups, : Encouraging Self-Esteem, Resilie

Cool Connections is an early intervention programme for young people aged 9-14, focusing on preventing anxiety and depression. Through using CBT principles, skills adapted from behavioural activation, acceptance and commitment therapy and compassion-based therapies and therapeutic exercises, it encourages the development of resilience, self-esteem and wellbeing, to reduce feelings of anxiety and depression.
