<p><strong>Dwayne Ashley</strong> is the founder and CEO of Bridge Philanthropic Consulting, LLC, the nations largest Black-owned full-service fundraising firm dedicated to communities of color. Under his leadership, the firm has expanded to public-sector community work and developed products for increasing awareness of philanthropy in communities of color. Ashley holds degrees from Wiley College and the University of Pennsylvanias Fels Institute of Government. He is the coauthor of <em>Ill Find a Way or Make One</em> and author of <em>Dream Internships!</em> and <em>8 Winning Steps to Creating a Successful Special Event</em>. He lives in New York City.</p><br>
