<p><strong>Michael Rutter</strong> has written numerous articles on fishing for <em>Outdoor Lif</em>e and <em>Sports Afield</em> as well as specialized fly fishing pieces for <em>Fly Fishing</em> and <em>The Flyfisher</em>. He is author the author of <em>Camping Made Easy</em> and <em>Basic Essentials: Fly Fishing</em>. Michael teaches technical and creative writing at Brigham Young University and lives with his famliy in Orem, Utah.</p><br><br><p><strong>Dave Card</strong> is a well-known fishing instructor and writer who contributes to <em>Utah Fishing</em> and <em>Outdoors</em> magazines. A fishing guide, he leads trips throughout the West, teaches fly fishing and fly-tying classes, and lectures at many fishing seminars and shows. Dave makes his home in Alpine, Utah.</p><br>
