Counting in the Kimberley

Author, Emily Bridgeman, is a Mother and Teacher in rural NSW and designs her pictures books to be family friendly (easy to read), as well as educational, perfect cross-curriculum resource for other teachers. Emily has called many parts of Australia home and likes to include these beautifully unique places within her writting and when wokring with Illustrators, including Western Australia and Northern Territory. Her books take you to these far away places and inspire young readers to explore their world and growing curiousity. Illustrator:Chantal Leonhardt is a 23-year-old independent artist working in her studio gallery Bloom. By the Ocean on Kangaroo Island, South Australia. Inspired by her beautiful home Kangaroo Island, feelings of nostalgia and her imagination she creates inspirational worlds, landscapes and portraits which reflect magic and adventure.
