Pietzner was a\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003emember of the founding group and pioneered the work of\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eCamphill in Northern Ireland, and from 1961 to 1986 further\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003edeveloped the work of Camphill in North America. His artistic\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eactivities were far-reaching – in stained glass windows,\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003epaintings, essays, novels, plays and several volumes of poetry.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eHe served on the National Council of the Anthroposophical\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eSociety of America for many years and was known\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003einternationally as a lecturer and consultant. Carlo Pietzner was\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003ethe founding President of the Camphill Association of North\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eAmerica.
